Fangjian Andrew Yuan
Founder
Fangjian Andrew Yuan is the founder of Yuan Capital Partners, a firm specializing in real estate private placements. His entrepreneurial journey began with a successful capital raise for a hospitality project, which ignited his commitment to strategic fundraising to support business growth.
Since 2018, Yuan has founded several ventures, including Highkey LLC, a real estate brokerage in New York City, as well as the Japanese omakase restaurant IKEBANA ZEN, and KNOCK KNOCK, a modern dim sum restaurant featuring a specialty coffee program.
His personal battle with cancer in 2019, which he has triumphantly overcome, celebrating five years cancer-free by 2024, profoundly influenced his perspective on the primacy of health.
Yuan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Penn State's Smeal College of Business, a Master’s in Marketing Analytics from NYU, and an MBA from Columbia Business School’s Paul Milstein Center for Real Estate. He is licensed in SIE, Series 7, and Series 63, and is a licensed real estate broker in New York State.
Influenced by Ray Dalio’s philosophy, Yuan values building meaningful relationships and is passionate about fostering long-term, meaningful connections in both business and life. He is always looking for opportunities to collaborate and build new partnerships.
